Procedure For Replacing Roofs On Residential Dwellings

No permit is required unless all or a portion of the sheathing is replaced
If a permit is required, the fee is based on the valuation of the project
The roofing needs to be installed per the manufacturer’s specifications for a 105 mph wind load area
No more than three layers of roofing are allowed
