Reserve Police Officers (Recruit/Lateral)

The City of Troutdale has several openings for volunteer, non-paid Reserve Police Officers. Reserve Officers support/work-along-side regular Patrol Division. Applicants must be 21 yrs old, a US citizen, have a H.S. diploma or GED, possess a valid ODL/WDL, and be able to pass extensive background, psychological, and pre-employment physical tests. Successful applicants are required to attend the Reserve Police Academy beginning September thru March, evenings and Saturdays (successful Laterals are promptly sworn-in).
