permit counter hours
The Troutdale Community Development Department will modify permit counter hours effective July 1, 2009. Counter hours for building related business will be Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. For planning related business these same hours will apply except there will not be a planner available on Wednesdays unless an appointment is made.
The Permit Counter Will Close Daily From 11:15 a.m. Until 12:45 p.m.
In order to ensure that your visit to the Department is productive, please call before your planned arrival to verify that the appropriate staff member is in the office to assist you. For building assistance call 503 674-7229, for planning assistance call 503 674-7228.
