Economic Development Opportunities: New Enterprise Zone

The Columbia Cascade (Troutdale/Fairview) Enterprise Zone, approved by the State on September 28, 2007, is designed to encourage industrial development and quality job creation. Eligible businesses meeting the program criteria receive a 100% property tax abatement on an new, qualified investment within the zone boundaries for three years.
