Navigation System
The navigation system of this website consists of two navigation bars. One is the "Main" Navigation Bar and the second is the "Department" Navigation Bar. The Main navigation system is located on every page and can be found at the left of the browser window- its location and content is static. The Department navigation system can only be found on the City's Department pages and is located below the Main navigation system and its content varies with each department.
Main Navigation Bar (Horizontal)
To select an item, simply move your mouse over the item you would like to select and then click the left mouse button. If the item you are choosing has multiple selections (indicated by the arrow), these will appear when moving your mouse over the menu item. Move your mouse over the item of your choice on the sub-menu and left-click your mouse button to select. To get back to the City Home Page, click HOME at any time.
Department Navigation Bar (Vertical)
Each Department has its own navigation system. Unlike the Main Navigation Bar, the Department Navigation Bar's content will vary from Department to Department. To get back to the Department Home Page, click HOME at any time.
About Your Browser
Although we have attempted to make this website as "browser-neutral" as possible, we nevertheless recommend that you use the freely available browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Netscape Navigator/Communicator for the most enjoyable browsing experience. Please be aware that the earlier versions of these browsers may display the same material in very different ways, and that some releases of the Microsoft and Netscape browsers tend to be problematic and may even pose certain security risks. Viewing Tips
