Proposed Troutdale Development Code Text Amendment #42

Pertaining to amendments to the Troutdale Development Code and Troutdale Municipal Code to comply with Title 13 of the Metro Urban Growth Management Plan "Nature in Neighborhoods" and housekeeping amendments related to water quality, flood management, and wildlife conservation. At its October 13, 2009 hearing, the Council moved to postpone this matter indefinitely.
