Special Use Permit

A Special Use Permit is a free permit that must be completed and approved prior to having outdoor amplified sound in a city park or other city areas. After completion, bring or mail the permit to the Community Development Department at the City Hall for review and approval.

Street Tree Permits

A Street Tree Permit is required whenever any pruning or removal of a street tree is necessary. A street tree is any tree located within the public right-of-way. Street Tree Permits help ensure proper pruning procedures are followed and that unnecessary tree removals do not take place within the public right-of-way or on underdeveloped property. Street Tree Permits are not required for pruning or removal of trees on developed private property. Contact Travis Hultin at, 503-674-3300.
