Special Use Permit

A Special Use Permit is a free permit that must be completed and approved prior to having outdoor amplified sound in a city park or other city areas. After completion, bring or mail the permit to Rooney Barker at the City Hall for review and approval.

Street Tree Permits

A Street Tree Permit is required whenever any pruning or removal of a street tree is necessary. A street tree is any tree located within the public right-of-way. A permit is also required for the removal of trees on underdeveloped property. This is any vacant platted subdivision lot or partition parcel, or any developed property able to be partitioned into two or more lots. Street Tree Permits are not required for pruning or removal of trees on developed private property. Street Tree Permits help ensure proper pruning procedures are followed and that unnecessary tree removals do not take place within the public right-of-way or on underdeveloped property.
