D.A.R.E.D.A.R.E.
Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) programs are established in Troutdale Elementary and Sweetbriar Elementary Schools. Students learn skills specific to saying “no” to drugs, alcohol and gangs and a special graduation ceremony caps the school season for 4th & 5th graders. Contact D.A.R.E.
